Shipping Policy

Please consider learning about our manufacturing process before returning a Jamuni item. All of our products are handcrafted by expert artisans, making each product unique and slightly different from the other.

We use 100% recycled paper and/or tree-free papers for making our products. All the processes are hand done by artisans. This gives it a unique texture, additionally there can be slight in texture and variations in the color of papers due to the same processes. We appreciate you choosing Jamuni products and showing love towards nature.

At Jamuni, we stand behind the quality of our products, and if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Before returning any item, please review the policies listed below for refunds and returns.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - INDIA

Shipping in India is free for orders above Rs 500. For orders below Rs 500, we levy a flat shipping rate of Rs 100. 

SHIPPING SERVICE AND DELIVERY PERIOD

We use Shiprocket for shipping all our products across India. Our experience with them has been positive and they serve most corners of the country. All goods are dispatched within 1-3 working days of the confirmation of your order and payment. It takes ideally 1-5 days to deliver it to you from our warehouse in Ahmedabad after the goods have been dispatched. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon acceptance of shipment from the courier company. In case of any delay in shipping of goods we will inform you accordingly. 

DELIVERIES

Within India, we deliver only to those pin codes that are serviced by Shiprocket. We regret any inconvenience caused if your pin code is outside of the serviceable area.

DELIVERY DATE CONFIRMATION

We commit to your order reaching you within 1-5 days after dispatch from our warehouse in Ahmedabad. However, please note that it is not possible for us to give you a guarantee for the delivery date as we have no control over unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery after we have shipped the order. You can use your order no. to track your shipment.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address given by the customer. We would request you to check your address in detail at the time of checkout. An incorrect address will incur a triple shipping cost as the package returns back to us and we then re-ship the same back to the corrected address.
